Product Description
It is mainly used for furniture decoration.Paper is combine with 3 layers:
1.Base paper
2.Ink on the base paper (have difference color and design)
3.Amino resin (to protect the ink and have a anti-tape surface, gloss is about 15 degree.
This is the cheapest surface decor film for furniture, it can be used as a surface directly.
Lamiation:Cold paste.
PU Paper Foil is kind of decor paper which has already been lacquered on its surface, and customers can use it directly on laminating panels or wrapping, etc.Paper thickness range is 30g, 40g, 45g, 60g,70g,80g and so on, or according to customers' special requirements.
It is printed with qualified base paper and is printed into wood grain or solid color designs, then it's applied polyurethane (PU) coating on the surface,providing a highly scratch-resistant, stain and dirt-resistant, tape-resistant surface for various panel boards (chipboard, MDF, plywood, etc) lamination.

1.1993, we were importing Japanese dé Cor paper and selling in China.
2.1998, we estabished a factory in changan town, dongguan city. Here we have 3 high speed gravure machine and 1 melamine impregnation machine. At that time we start to made paper by ourself
3.2015, our factory moved to zhongtang town, dongguan city. And we have 7 high speed gravure machine(2 is for melamine paper printed).
Our main product:
1. Polyester paper(poly), it can be coated
2. Nc paper, it can be coated and also have the protect glue for the base color
3. Amino paper, it is a finished surface product, but lower glossy and also have smell
4. PU paper, it is a finished surface product, higher glossy then amino and no smell, eco-friendly
5. Matt paper, it is a matt or pits surface, it is higher anti-scratch than PU.
6.2D emboss paper, it is a visual emboss effect, but can not feel the texture of the emboss
7.3D emboss paper, it is a touchable emboss effect, you can feel the texture both eye and hand.
8. Synchronized emboss paper, its emboss effect is totally follow up the design and grain. It make it like a nature real wood effect.
9. Melamine paper, it is printed by water base ink. And need to do impregnation in sheet, then can be used.
10. Melamine sheet, it is impregnative with melamine glue, it is finish surface produtc, and it is high wear, anti-scratch, anti-pollution, eco- friendly, waterproof and anti-UV ability etc.
11. Melamine edge banding, it is a paper edge banding(surface with melamine glue)
12. Melamine wrapping paper(CPL), it has all melamine sheet quality but pack in roll, then it can be laminative faster by long cycle laminate machine.
13. PVC film, it is a plastic decorative film.
